My education and specification in areas of Manual Therapy, Soft Tissue Mobilization, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Infant Massage, Neuromuscular Reeducation and Fibromyalgia. I have been providing Massage Therapy Services to the Charlotte, North Carolina area since (2015} and Physical Therapy for over twenty years throughout North and South Carolina. During this time, I have helped relieve pain from injuries, stress, accidents, as well as treating multiple Neurological and Orthopedic conditions.
My Holistic therapy approach is treating the whole person mind, body and spirit! My belief is that I can’t treat an ailment without treating the mind, spirit and then focus on physical conditions. My mission is to support individuals in achieving optimal health and life balance through personal wellness and ongoing support.
